STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All students and visitors coming to Blossom Studio need to read and agree to the following terms:
- I understand the physical risks associated with practicing pole dance and other activities at the studio. Before and during my lesson or self-practice at the studio, if I feel strain or discomfort, it is my responsibility to consult with doctors or other qualified staff and to cease the activities if necessary. I am responsible for my own decision to participate in the classes or self-practice held at the studio.
- I will not hold Blossom studio, or any other associated instructors or staff members, accountable for my injuries or any other physical discomfort that occurs during the process. It is my responsibilities to inform Blossom studio, including all instructors, staff members, and other students with any physical difficulty or condition that may limit my participation during classes, self-practices, and studio rental.
- I agree to release the liabilities of the studio, the owner of the studio, other associated instructors, staff members, and representatives. I also agree, now and hereafter, not to make any similar claim against the studio, other associated instructors, staff members, and representatives related to my participation at the studio.
- I agree that Blossom studio, including the owner, the instructors, and other associated staff members, is not responsible for the loss or damage of the personal belongings that I bring to the premises.
- I understand that Blossom studio has the right to refuse admittance to people who pose a risk to others or people with physical difficulties that may prevent them from practicing.
- I allow Blossom Studio to use cameras to record my participation at the studio for the sake of safety and security.
- I agree that during my visit to the studio, including but not limited to taking classes and renting, I am responsible for any damage that I cause to the facilities of the studio.
- For classes with instructors:
- For self-practice or studio rental:
- For pole classes: Wear shorts and sports bras to allow a safe grip on the pole. Students
- For non-pole classes: Wear stretchy and breathable clothes to allow free movement and comfort.
STUDIO RULES
I, Timing:
1. Students are encouraged to come to class 5 to 10 minutes earlier to change clothes and prepare for the session. The studio opens 15 minutes before the class time. Keep in mind not to arrive too early or too late.2. Students who arrive 25 minutes later will not be admitted to class, and the class will still be deducted.
1. Please arrive and leave on time: About 5 minutes before the session, and leave the studio no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time. For example, if you rent the studio from 10.00 to 11.00, please arrive at about 9.55 and leave the studio on time, at 11.00 or 11.10 at the latest.2. For extra usage of the studio, from 16 minutes onward, users will be charged another 30 minutes.
II, Regulations related to the facilities:1. Please take off all jewelry, such as earrings, necklaces, rings, etc., to avoid damage to the pole and guarantee the safety of your practice.2. Use the towels provided at the studio to clean the mat and pole before and after your practice.3. We highly recommend that students bring their own sweat towel for hygienic purposes.4. Only use the alcohol provided at the studio to clean poles and mats.5, Only use dry hands and grips that are approved for poles, such as Dry Hands or Liquid chalk.
**If you use other grips, please consult with the studio before trying.
6. In case you forget your grip, please message the studio to buy one or borrow from us.7. Please turn off all electrical devices after your practice.8. While practicing, please be mindful of the volume of the speaker in order not to disturb the neighbors.
III, Dancing costumes:1. Please wear suitable clothes for your best comfort and safety while training:
are not allowed to wear only underwear to train for hygienic purposes.
2. Students who forget their knee pads can message the studio or inform the instructor to borrow from the studio. The borrowed items must be returned after the practice.3. Students should not apply cream, moisturizers, or other cosmetic products that may make the poles slippery.
